MEETING CANCELLATION

Eastern Shore Metropolitan Planning Organization

PUBLIC MEETINGS REGARDING THE 2045 LONG RANGE TRANSPORTATIONPLAN (LRTP)

Out of an abundance of caution and to align with guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and Alabama Department of Public Health (ADPH), the Eastern Shore Metropolitan Planning Organization (ESMPO) has cancelled public meetings scheduled for Tuesday, March 24, 2020, and Thursday, March 26, 2020. Members of the public can comment
on proposed documents electronically and through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Visit our website (easternshorempo.org) for more information.
The following meetings have been cancelled:

City Hall, Council Chambers
March 24, 2020
5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Fairhope
Baldwin County (Fairhope) Satellite Courthouse, Commission Conference Room
March 26, 2020
5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
